Centurion for Corvettes

The first annual Vettes for Vets, Isle of Palms, South Carolina launched this Friday, November 12th, 2021. Early check in and registration at the Hampton Inn, followed by a meet and greet and live concert at the VFW Isle of Palm Post 3137. Saturday's event started at 8AM with a check in and registration at the start point - Patriots Point. Over 68 corvettes gathered for a cruise brief and the wheels were turning by 10AM with police escort to the VFW Isle of Palms. The end of the event was on Sunday for awards ceremony and closing. A group of Corvette owners, Veterans and Supporters from around the country helped raise money for a local Veterans in need in the Lowcountry. Navy Veteran Matthew Lewis was selected for the home makeover. We look forward to the makeover and will watch the progress of his new home.
